Prohibited Content

• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Harassment, bullying, or threats
• Explicit sexual content or pornography
• Graphic violence or gore
• Spam or excessive self-promotion
• Plagiarized or stolen content
• Illegal content or activity
• Misinformation or harmful conspiracy theories

Intellectual Property

• Only post content you have created or have permission to share
• Give credit when sharing or referencing others' work
• Respect copyright and intellectual property rights
• Report content that infringes on your rights

Privacy and Safety

• Do not share personal information about others without consent
• Respect others' privacy
• Do not engage in doxxing or harassment
• Report concerning behavior to moderators

Authentic Engagement

• Be genuine in your interactions
• Do not use bots or automation to inflate engagement
• Do not create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Avoid engagement manipulation schemes

Sensitive Content

We understand that poetry and creative writing often explore difficult themes. Content that discusses sensitive topics (mental health, trauma, etc.) is allowed if:

• It is presented thoughtfully and respectfully
• It does not glorify harmful behavior
• It serves an artistic or educational purpose

Reporting and Moderation

If you see content that violates these guidelines:

• Email us at poeta@maclin.io with a link to the content
• Do not engage with or amplify harmful content

We review every report and take appropriate action, which may include:

• Content removal
• Warning to the user
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination

Consequences

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

• Content removal
• Account restrictions
• Temporary or permanent suspension
• Legal action in severe cases
