User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You may not use another person's account without permission

Content Ownership and License

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you post on Poeta. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

Our Content

The Poeta platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Spam or engage in excessive self-promotion
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data
• Post content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Share explicit, violent, or hateful content

Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription, billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period, and we do not offer partial refunds for unused time unless required by law. Prices may change with advance notice.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines. We may do so without prior notice.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Poeta is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poeta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Poeta from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
