leaf in the wind

i used to be attached to something so great and divine even through the windy days and the stormy nights lasting through all those fights until the air got cold and there was no more love to hold i was slowly let go of drifting in the wind with no one to love or to call home my love my strength my dignity all ran thin because at the end i was just a leaf in the wind
