The Moon Isn't So Lonely
When someone looks up and takes those times to deeply admire
The majestic beauty of the moon that often gets looked over
Because of its uninteresting and sometimes crimson light
One may get to see if they only spend some time
A light that opens a soft entrance
To a world of the "lonely" moon
That goes farther than it did before
And to be revealed and to be loved
One has to be noticed
But then of course
How is it that one can be noticed
When lights have been dimmed around them
With barely any interest or recognition
I'd say it's the inside of one's own struggling being
That screams like all the rest of mankind
For some sort of recognition among the rest
We all have gifts and talents
That seemingly no one may notice
But if those things are uncovered
It's like a jewel that shines in an ancient treasure chest
And my what a treasure the moon's glorious light can be
If a body only takes some time
To love the moon like me
